Black Mountain Brownie

$14.00

We think combining rich chocolate ice cream with irresistible bites of fudge brownie is the height of decadence—some may even say the summit. A flavor that soars this high reminds us of Black Mountain, the highest peak on Lake George that rises across the water from Silver Bay where Adirondack Creamery was founded. No one is 100 percent sure how the mountain got its name, but the intense, dark color reminds us of peaks of chocolate ice cream (we always have ice cream on our minds!). Whenever our family hikes Black Mountain, we pack freshly baked brownies to enjoy at the peak while taking in the magnificent views—and there’s nothing sweeter than that (unless we could make it to the top with a pint before the ice cream melted)!

Ingredients:
Milk, Cream, Sugar, Egg Yolks, Cocoa Powder (Alkalized), Brownies (Sugar, Unbleached flour, Cocoa processed with Alkali), Canola Oil, Invert Sugar, Eggs, Egg Whites, Salt, Baking Powder, Vanilla Extract.
